1. Domestic Shipping Policy

T Bird Leather ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after placing your order. T Bird Leather is a small operation and does all of its shipping and receiving at the leather studio. Typically, standard U.S. shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that T Bird Leather can not guarantee delivery dates. 

T Bird Leather is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 


2. International Shipping Policy

T Bird Leather ships worldwide via United Parcel Service (UPS), the United States Postal Service (USPS), and Local Post (available for Canada, United Kingdom, Western Europe, and Australia only). 

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing after placing your order. T Bird Leather is a small operation and does all of its shipping and receiving at the leather studio. Typically, international USPS shipping takes 1-3 weeks. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that T Bird Leather can not guarantee delivery dates.

Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. 

T Bird Leather is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please allow 1­3 days after placing your order for it to be packaged and shipped. T Bird Leather is a tiny studio and everything is done by Tress, including shipping. If you need rush shipping, please email Tress on the contact form.

I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier.

For International shipping, I use USPS International Priority for all orders, since packages are trackable.

Customs duties and/or taxes are full responsibility of buyer.
