RETURN POLICY


1. Returns

I want you to adore your new leather item(s). If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 5 business days after receiving it.  Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please email me first with this contact form, and include your order number before returning your item. All returned items must be in their original and unused condition along with their original box, packaging and tags. 

2. Damaged or Defective Item(s)

I take great pride in the craftsmanship of every item and it is extremely important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If your item arrives defective or bag hardware fails, please use this contact form to message me and I will repair or replace.

3. Discounted and Sale Items

All discounted and sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

4. Item Colors

All computer monitors are different and I do my best to present the colors of items to the best of my ability but please be aware that it may appear slightly different on your screen. If you are unsure about an item or have a question, just ask. I am happy to send you a cutting of the leather in question, if you’d like to see it in real life before ordering.
