Handstitched Thunderbird Messenger - Chestnut

378.00

Mostly handstitched, this is a bag I've had on my "to explore" list of patterns & techniques for quite some time.  I wanted to keep the hardware to a minimum & rely on the strength of the leather itself for a look that was reminiscent of something that felt a little bit Western & a little bit Old World.

Each hole is hand punched then secured together by a simple running stitch with a 1/4" leather lacing in matching Chestnut leather.  I also added a strap keeper to the back of the bag for those days when you don't feel the need to fasten your bag shut.  Simply tuck the strap into the keeper where it stays secure & out of your way.

  • Approx 20"W x 13"H x 4"D
  • Matching doubled strap - 2"W x 9.5" drop length (non-adjustable)
  • Inside zippered pocket 9"W x 8"H
  • Inside phone pocket 3.75" W x 6"H
  • Brass hardware
  • 9" long removable leather tassel
  • Unlined

*This is a one of a kind bag.  You will receive the bag in these photos.  Ready to ship.
